Safeweb signup fails!

Ok, so here's the problem:

 

I run a website and wanted to "verify" it according to the documentation I found at http://safeweb.norton.com/help/site_owners

 

So I went to http://safeweb.norton.com/ and pressed the "Sign up today for Norton Safe Web. It's FREE" link and signed up. I got a confirmation mail with a verification link which I promptly clicked and wham - I was registered and redirected to https://account.norton.com/.

 

On that page, all I see is

 

so I went back to http://safeweb.norton.com/ to notice I wasn't logged in there... only at the main norton site.

 

I tried to sign in, and the login screen at http://safeweb.norton.com/ tells me I need to verify my e-mail. Which I already did!!!

 

Now - tell me: what do I need to do to be able to login to http://safeweb.norton.com/ to verify my website and get it checked?

Within 10 minutes after opening the thread, Symantec Employee "rajesh" asked for my e-mail, saying he would activite my account.

 

I provided it. That was about an hour ago. No word since... and I still can't login. This is starting to get anoying.
