Safeweb site takes over a month and no review

I just spent two hours trying to locate contact information for this question and there is no contact info ANYWHERE. Just spent another 30 long minutes creating an account for this forum hoping it would be easy to ask a simple question. Nope. I cannot believe how hard it is to get one answer to a simple question. There are no phone numbers to call, no email contact info, and the only way seems to create an account here and then spend an hour trying to figure out where the heck to post this question. I cannot believe what a cluster of a mess it is to contact support. Wow! I may not use Norton after mine expire because this is ridiculous. I have submitted a site for review for Safeweb over a month ago with it still testing. Why is it taking so long and WHO DO I CONTACT? Seriously. It cannot be it is that hard to find contact information.

 

I have no idea if this is posted in the right forum or not because I've already spent two hours simply searching for one answer or contact information whit no luck. So hopefully this went in the right place. At this point I don’t really care. They really need an easier way for someone to get answers to SIMPLE questions. This forum is 100% confusing for new users.
