Help!
Even the website designers can't get it to work!
I've attached a copy of the message from them below.
We have done everything we need to do to verify the site but it keeps failing, this is a problem at Nortons end, not ours.

This is something you will need to get in touch with Norton about, if you could get in contact with Norton and give them the above URL as proof that we took the required steps to verify the site they should be able to sort this out.
