Same Security Risk Every Few Weeks.

It's name is Trojan.Hachilem and it shows up and is resolved every few weeks. I'm occasionally working and I get a notice from Norton Security's Antivirus module that I need to restart for safety reasons. I always do then afterwards check "resolved security risks" to see what the fuss was about. The first occurrence was on 3-24-2017 and was a temp file in my Eudora directory. For those of you under 25, Eudora is an email program which died long ago and I'm too stubborn to stop using. The full path was c:\utilities\eudora\00007855.tmp. Here is the full exported info on the incident. The next occurrence was six days later and claimed to belong to skype. The it appeared on 4-17 and again today, 6-15 both times with similar paths under skype. For reference here's a full export of my resolved security risks.

My concern is that something infected from the first incident that's going undetected and keeps attempting to spread, which is getting detected.
