I have a Samsung III Android Ver. 4.1.2 that I have recently started in getting the following: "Unfortunately, Norton Mobile Security has stopped". I have had Norton Mobile Security on my phone for over two years and has worked fine.
I have searched the forum posts and have tried suggestions posted: "Clearing the cache and data, uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling several times. It shows that NMS has been successfully installed and an icon has been placed on the phone. I try to launch NMS and get the "unfortunately" message. If I open another app I get the same message.
This problem has started in the last few weeks. Thanks for any help that can be provided.
