Samsung phones, time limit reached overnight when not in use

Both my children's phones show time limit has been reached after charging overnight.

Thanks for reaching out to the Norton Family forum.

Both the child devices are having an older version of the Norton Family app 6.3.0.11, Please try upgrading it to the latest from the Google play store.
