Samsung Security Patch updates

Is there a known issue with Norton Mobile blocking the monthly Samsung Security patch updates?  

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 running Android 6.0.1 and have been getting monthly Samsung security patches/updates - via BT mobile -  since August. Then, after I installed Norton Mobile on my device, my monthly updates suddenly stopped (coincidence?). Samsung have made two further updates available (Nov, Dec) but these cannot be seen from my mobile. I am currently at Norton Mobile version 3.17.0.3200. I cannot see any App settings which may cause this.

Has anyone had a similar experience or any knowledge of such an issue or better yet a solution?

System updates to mobile devices are device specific. Are you sure the two updates are for your specific device?

Have you contacted BT Mobile to see if they have made the updates available to their customers? Not all manufacturer updates are pushed out on a given cell network.
