We recently purchased a Samsung WB250F digital camera. 

 

One thing we liked was that the camera can transfer the JPG images to a computer using an “Auto Backup” feature through our WIFI network.  The problem is that Norton causes the Auto Backup to fail.  The only solution I have found is to use the Norton Removal Tool and immediately all the pictures are transferred correctly.  As soon as I reinstall Norton, the same issue is back again. 

 

I am also unable to get the program to work even after disabling the Norton Firewall and Norton Anti-Virus.

I contacted Costco, where I purchased the camera, and they connected me to Samsung.  Samsung told me that they do not support the WB250F transfering files via WIFI with the AutoBackup feature.  Since the WIFI connection was why i purchased the camera, I will return it.
