Hi all,
I have installed Save and Restore 2.0.
Under back up status it says:
No recovery points exist for (C:)
Remedy backup now to create a recovery point.
I click this (backup now), it stops after a few seconds with the message 'cluster beyond end'
I click ok and it says : Error ea3905f3 running job: drive backup of c:
This is the first time I have used the product and the first time i have tried to back it up ie i've just installed it.
The operating system is windows XP, service pack 3 home edition version 2002.
Can anyone please help? Please let me know if you need further details?
