My Save and Restore 2.0 stopped making backups of my computer 3 weeks ago. The restore function works, but I cannnot get any new saves. When I manually run a save, it goes thru 95% of the save and then hangs up because it can't communicate with symantec. I removed and reinstalled the product and verified theproduct key. The problem is the same. In the "about " window, the account shows active. I also can get updates. I am using windows XP with all updates and service packs. I have tried a save with my virus program diabled to see if the firewall was the cause.
What is the cause, and what do I need to do?
