Save & Restore 2.0 (.6.26322) – VproConsole.exe – No Disk issue

nVidia RAID degrade issue now fixed (see my earlier post – 01-16-2010 at 05:22PM). VProConsole.exe – No Disk error message now reads “There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk2\DR2” How do I fix this please?

Once you click past this with the ‘cancel’ button the Drives column in the interface looks I little more like it should report (but still seems different somehow). I have now successfully backed up after the Array rebuild (C:)\ to the internal disk and also to my external, along with separate File & Folder backup.

But what’s causing the VProConsole message and how do I fix it.

Have searched for help but, sorry, I’m just lost.

Please, please help with at least some thoughts, direction and guidance like do I have to uninstall and reinstall Save & Restore?

Thank you

It's posible that you have a card reader or other removable drive that is identifying itself as a hard drive.  Check disk management and/or system information to see what is identified as drive #2.  You can also run the partinfo tool in the \Norton Save & Restore\Utilitiy\ folder to see what your partition map is showing.
