I have a Western Digital USB drive that Save & Restore created many backups on. The laptop was "cleaned" of most of it's programs to support another activity. I installed Save & Restore on the laptop and wanted to restore the backup informtion.''I went through the setup to point to the WD drive as the backup device. Save & Restore doesn't see any of the information it wrote on the drive.

This pattern repeats through Drive033 in Sept 2009
I would have attached a screen shot but this system will not attach it.
What needs to be done so Save & Restore can see it's own files?
