Save & Restore: Errors When Trying TO Recover

Hello.  Thanks for viewing my post.  I appreciate you.

I have Norton Save & Restore Version 2.0.  I have a backup from a week ago that I am in desperate need to recover.  Windows system Restore is not working.

I havent had to use the Recovery since I got my new Computer in January so I wasnt prepared for errors.

When I attempt to recover my image which is on a usb flash drive, I select the image and it seems to be ok but when I get to the SELECT TARGET DESTINATION screen, Nothing is listed and I get a message saying:

x:/windows/shell/v2i/c_drive001_i001.vwi cannot be found.. Or something  very similar to that effect.

I also get an error at the target destination page :Error EC950006: destination is not valid. EC950019

I do a driver validation from the recovery cd and it says the following:

The following devices do not have drivers in the Symantec Recovery Disk.

NVIDIA nForce 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet
WAN Miniport (SSTP)
BitDefender Firewall NDIS Filter Miniport

A detailed information about these devices is given below
