I keep getting emails saying my son has booted into safe mode and that OnlineFamily is not protecting. However, he is not booting into safemode at all, and OnlineFamily seems to be working ok on his computer otherwise. We even just did an upgrade today to Norton 360 4.0 and uninstalled and reinstalled the parental controls - same problem still exists.
1. Norton 360 3.6 (I believe) when this started a few days ago. We did our free upgrade to Norton 360 4.0 yesterday and the problem continued. There are no other active security programs always running.

My son also told me today that the icon with the paw is not always there these days. The regular Norton 360 always is. However, even when the icon is not there, it is still blocking things.
