Says set up safe sms and it is already set up

why does this say to set up safe sms on the pc app if it is set up already on my phone?

The only suggestion I can make is that some of these mobile only features are not synced with a PC’s Norton installation once they have been activated on the mobile device. So the messages you see on the PC are just reminders to set up these features.

It is a communication issue btwn mobile app and windows app. So, the pc app provides erroneous info. Not a fan of that. Would rather have no info vs wrong info.

The Pc app shld mention the lack of communication with mobile app instead of telling me to set up safe sms. It is already set up. Bad info. The other oddness is that after i log out and in or check account and then restart, the pc app does show ALL 3protections enabled but it doesnt last long…only a minute or two. I would rather see a message saying that there is a lack of communicatiom w the mobile app instead of seeing an incorrect message. False info is a no no. It causes frustration and some lost confidence in the product but I guess we just live w it and work around it and cant always trust what is shown in that windows app.

Another note…when I reply to emailed responses and go in here…why are there 4 blank circles to choose? The rtmost is the reply. This has been an unresolved issue for a while now. Norton needs to fix it. Add words in the yellow circles.
