Hello friends!
Launchd is acting funny for me today! Norton Firewall is asking me to open port 10011. Is a component of NIS 2012 (Mac) trying to use this port? Is this a new feature? Does it have to do with the Community submissions? This has just started on both MacBooks we have at home. For some clarity, we do not do any "shady" internet stuff at home. Just email, safeweb searches and Mac OS syncing stuff (whatever makes iCloud work).
The firewall says, "Norton Firewall: An unknown service (port 10011) is starting on your Mac. <snip> More Information: Application- sbin>launched. Port- 10011 (Unknown service)"
How can I inspect this further? Has anyone else had this message? Thanks in advance!
