Scan Canceled: There are no items to scan - Only started happening after the last patch!

This message pops up everyday.  Chatted with a tech for the last three days and everyday none of them can fix it. 

 

I just figuered out that it’s only been happening since the patch for NIS 2010 installed itself. 

 

Is anyone else having this issue?
