Please can you help, I ran a scan overnight only to find this morning that it is stuck on the above file. I was running the scan as I noticed in Task Manager yesterday that there appeared to be approx. 9 versions of internet explorer running in the background - whereas I had no IE actually running. This follows a recent upgrade to Windows 10 and using Microsoft Edge, using the 'Open in IE' function when I wanted to use my Norton Identity Safe.
Am tempted simply to find and remove this file, but don't know what it does.
I'd be grateful for any help.
