After running into severe problems when I deleted an unwanted program with a file I was attempting to download I manually started a full system scan. After a few seconds 2956 files have been scanned with no problems detected and nothing further happens. It appears the scan is still running but the number of files never increases even after fifteen minutes. What to do?
