Hi. Overtime my Norton keeps scanning less items than before. When I scan the number of apps keep decreasing. Before it was 191 now its 185. I lost 6 apps. How di I fix this issue.

If your images are in order, you go from 185 to 191 to 184. Any chance you installed a couple of apps for testing purposes and removed them after testing?

No. It keeps doing it. It’s annoying since know I had 190 now it’s 150!
Do you occasionally restarted your phone? Not sure if that might affect the apps detected.
This is the only information I can find online on how this feature works. Protect your devices and identity by checking your Norton Protection Report It does not really explain what you are seeing.
I’ll try to find more information by escalating this thread.
From your first post it appears you are using a Samsung A51 5G phone. What Android version are you using? What is the Norton 360 version on your device?
My Samsung A15 5G is on Android 14, and my 360 version is 5.108.0.250227384 and my 360 display does not match yours. I cannot find the Protection report any more. Or are you looking at this information online from your Norton Account?
