Hello, I performed some troubleshooting and refreshed windows 8.1 and it created a file called Old Windows on my C drive. Now the scan process takes over an hour and I think it is because it scans Old Windows. When I first installed Norton 360, the scan would take about 10 minutes to 15 minutes. Can I safely removed Old Windows to the recycle bin in order to avoid a long scan?
