Issue abstract: All of a sudden, both quick and full scans fail with an error.
Detailed description: starting this week I have been having issues with my scans. Occasionally I can get a quick scan to complete successfully but can never get a full scan to complete. this is also the case with single or targeted scans (they will occasionally be sussesful). I upgraded to macOS Sequoia not sure if this is the issue.
I completed the suggested corrective measures 1. Rebooted - didn’t help. 2. Uninstall/reinstall and reboot - did not help.
It has gotten to the point where I just uninstalled and installed a competing product (and that works fine).
I would rather use the product I paid for and like, what are my solutions/options?
