Scans do not show in history

When I scan manually or have a scheduled scan it does not show up in the history at all.  If i do it manually I will see the results but it still does not show in the history. With the scheduled scan you cannot tell if it has even happened since it does not show in the history. 

 

Anyone have an idea what is wrong?  I clicked the support button for autofix, that did not change anything.  I also did I think the norton bug eraser to see if there was something wrong there, that just pulled up 2 firefox things that I let it fix, since I am using chrome anyway, and that did not help.

 

I am using internet security 2011.  Any ideas?
