Scheduling a scan in Task Scheduler

I am trying to schedule a NAV 2009 virus scan in the task scheduler of vista. What component of nav does the scan?

It recommended to use the Schedule Scan option in the NAV 2009 than using the Task Scheduler. The NAV 2009 is integrated with the Task Scheduler, so when you set a schedule scan through NAV 2009, it will appear in the tasks list in the Task Scheduler.

I do not know what password NAV wants , my pc is not password protected. For the last while I just did the scan manually once a week but am now scheduling through the Task scheduler

OK I got it. I password protected my user account and it ran. I also discovered that you can then remove the password from your user account and it still runs the task. For me anyway
