I have recently been getting burned by my ISP when huge downloads happen without asking me first. I have set all my automatic downloads from Adobe, Windows, etc. to inform me when downloads are ready and get my permission first. Is there any way to do this with Norton? Or can I request that all downloads be done at a certain time when my download limits are open?
