Schemes from Customers within the Nortons Corporation

1/18/16 I got on the norton's website to renewal my norton's 360 acct. where an Agent seemingly was egared to transfer me to another Agent no matter what my conatct ext call were about. I waited almost close to 5 minutes for the transfer over something that should've been simple. Shortly after the 2nd recommended Agent were dispatched on the same Chat Box I was speaking with on the same 1st. Agent. The 2nd Agent referred a 101 phone talk where he had more discounted offerings he would have as an Manager to a customer deal.

The 2nd Agent called me with an foriegn accent offering me different packages for more money when I kept telling him I didn't have the extra funds etc., Plus I had to add the money to a card after I got the exact price for the 1 year s0an package of $79.99! He clearly told me he could sale me that package for $49.99 & for a 2 year deal I could get it for $93. I still didn't have the money & I could only afford $49.99 1 yr. plan. He said he could call me within 30 min.-hour after I added money to my card. This agent called me within 15-20 on the exact same phone number of Nortons 'where he abstracted my card information & told me my confirmation # & key numbers would be on my personal email address within 24 hours. I told him it was strange about the whole ordeal where I'm getting an confirmation number etc., not instantly as I paid. Nomatter what he could've said to me after that I still wanted to believe the Nortons company based on past experiences with the services. ALthough he said my information would be transferred within minutes to 24 hours where it normally won't take that long. I calls within 15 hours since nothing showed up in my email address & come to find out that there's no trace of the call or text message has never taken place. Although I gave the same exact number they called me from is the same number they advised me to contact for an attempt for a refund. Norton's has became an scam from within the party I suggest is nolonger worth the support of other Customers when they're employing crooks to take sensitive information to protect our devices etc., Do anyone have any other suggested anti-virus company's that are good or better as what were once Norton's stood for???
