I just updated my WIN 7, 32 bit, net book from Norton AV 2012 to 2013 June 7, 2013. My last scan was in March 2013 prior to the upgrade. The first time I tried the Quick Scan after upgrading my screen went black after scanning just over 6200 files. I tried a full scan and the screen went black after about 6600 files. Is this malware at work? Should I remove and reinstall Norton AV?
This net book is off most of the time so that is the reason the last scan was so long ago.
