Ghost 12.0 and 14.0 Recovery Disks don't detect the SCSI system disks on my Windows XP Pro system with all updates installed. Neither will it acknowledge that the SCSI drivers are missing when a custom recovery is created. The system is a temporary back up for a failed notebook that is being repaired. The disk controller is an Adaptec 2940. The CPU is an AMD Athlon 800MHz with 512 Mbytes of memory. Ghost 12.0 worked on the notebook. I recently purchased Ghost 14.0 for use on the backup.
