I've recently renewed my subscription to Norton 360 Deluxe but the VPN feature was missing. I want to My Norton to download it but the button to do so i greyed out and it tells me that it is "unavailable". Any help on how I can get access to the feature would be much appreciated.
Did you have the VPN function before you renewed your 360? If so, where did you purchase your 'renewal'? It sounds like you may not have gotten the correct product. If you purchased from a retailer, you may have purchased an old stock version of the older 360 that does not support the VPN feature.

How long have you had your 360 subscription? If you have been renewing for a long time, you may still have the older 360 product. You can still get liveupdates to the latest version number, but you will not have the new features.

Same problem here I've had new version of 360 Deluxe with no backup or vpn and interface does not show my norton. I've had this problem for 3 months since renewing and have tried everything even downloaded another file which resolved it for about 10 minutes. I've been using Norton for many many years now but I think this will be the last. I am even thinking about uninstalling and using a free virus protection package.
The VPN feature is not a separate download. It is included on the My Norton screen of your 360 product. If you are seeing the classic interface, click on My Norton on the right side. That should bring up the new My Norton interface with the VPN function.
