Recently a PC that I only use to play the Seafight Game began to exhibit erratic LogOn behavior. I ran Norton Utilities and A full Security Scan and the Power Eraser. There was no indication of a problem. Shortly there after my PC ceased to boot up. I ran all the HP diagnostics and repair programs and it still would not Boot. I took my PC to a PC repair shop and after they ran their diagnostics they found that some Windows 10 files were corrupted by Malware. I suspect that the SeaFight Game may be the cause of it. They use a variety of volunteer players to administer their game. They also allow these "Team" member to access accounts based on User IDs effectively bypassing the Account password.
