I am having a problem with the search log, when I click on web activity the log is working fine, but when I click on search log it says nothing searched in past 7 days. ( I know that there has been searches conducted in past 7 days), so when I change to past 14 days nothing happens. It doesn't even say no search activity past 14 days, -just nothing. I switch back to web activity and all the info is there, when I switch back to search log- nothing, as if Im not even clicking the tab. Search supervision in on I even clicked update settings to be sure. This has been going on for about a week, I installed this parental control first week of September, it was working great and logging everything until last week... any idea whats going on?
