When I run the full system scan, after different amounts of time a message comes on the screen asking if I'm sure I want to cancel the scan? I have not touched anything. If I'm in the room and catch it, it does not matter even if I select no, the scan cancels itself. If I don't touch anything, I've even seen the cursor move and select cancel scan!
I even reloaded the program to see if this was a fix. The computer gets more and more sluggish with time. The program will stop updating and everything eventually freezes. I'm not great with computers. I just start contacting Microsoft and erasing things to get back online.
This does not happen with quick scan, by the way.
