I have an HP dv7 with Norton preinstalled. It also has windows 8. I have not activated it. It says it is version 20. I have already uninstalled from the control panel. I went to the page to get the uninstaller, and none of the options seem to fit what I have.
Please tell me which of these (or maybe something else) I need to run to make this program go away permanently, please.
It's not from my provider. It's not 2011. It's not 360. What is it?
