The secure VPN constantly disconnects causing me to lose WiFi. The chat help is a joke. Once you get a tech they tell you to try something in the app and you lose the chat!!! Never had this issue with mcafee. Really sorry I changed to Norton.
What device and OS version are you using?
Are you getting these disconnects on your home network or out on public wifi networks?
If using an Android device, go into 360 app and tap on the three bars at the top left. Then tap on Settings > Privacy and turn off the Kill Switch setting. Then test to see if you are still losing your wifi connection.
