I recently upgraded to Norton 360 from Internet Security and the VPN doesn't turn on anymore. I've clicked "turn on" in "My Norton" and I've clicked "Open Secure VPN" from the icon in the system tray and in "My Norton" online it shows green for everything activated.
- Norton product name and version: Norton 360 Version 22.19.9.63
- Operating system: Windows 10
- Norton error message/error code: None but clicking the Norton icon and clicking "Get Support" fixed an installation problem I never knew I had, but it didn't fix the VPN.
"Activer" Secure VPN ne fonctionne pas. Selon ce qui est écrit par support technique, il faut faire la mise à jour, si problème non corrigé, il faut désinstaller et réinstaller. Je l'ai déjà fait et le problème revient régulièrement : impossible d'activer Secure VPN. Il faut redémarrer une ou plusieurs fois notre ordinateur afin que l'option "Activer" soit disponible (non grisée).
Fonctionnne ou fonctionne pas, pourquoi ?
Donc il nous faut attendre une patch. Patience!

Update: I finally got the VPN to turn on but only after a couple of restarts I was able to turn it on. This is not to say the problem is fixed but it's working as of now.
