Secure VPN interfers/slows down/blocks Internet access

I am running Windows 10 Home on a Samsung laptop. Upgrades to Norton 360 Premium. Had to deactivate Secure VPN in Windows 10 Service because it caused Time Out when opening a website link: prevents opening a link with message Website not Available; delays significntly opening of GMail functions. The same issues were with IE-11, Firefox and Google Chrome.

Just spent over an hour on the phone with Tech Support being passed on 4 times from one tech to the next. Now waiting for a call back.

In my view, that is not acceptable

Unfortunately, the new Norton 360 offering is actually a beta test that is not noted on the web site when you get the new product. See the product announcement here.  There have been issues with the VPN function that is included with this new 360 offering.

If you wish to dump this beta product, you can contact Norton Support and ask them to revert you to the product you had before you got the upgrade.    www.norton.com/contactcs
