With the key from antivirus Norton with VPN in the subscription, you can activate Norton Secure VPN for Mac, and on mobile devices, you can activate both Norton Secure VPN and the new version of Norton VPN.

That download appears to be for the older Norton Secure VPN, not the current ver 25.x.x.x. That version would allow activation with a 360 key. But if installing that version, you will eventually get updated to the newer version that will require you purchase a standalone VPN subscription.

I appreciate the share but the file is in unverified source. Norton should provide the download link from their official repo.
As long as you have a subscription for the product, you can download from your Norton Account. Even if it is on another device, or you are sharing with friends and family. So no need for a separate download.
