Secure VPN: Simply WILL NOT connect to Internet!

Need Help: 
∙    On Norton™ 360 Deluxe, Subscription Renews On: 10/28/2024. Key: XVW6WTK89P77JMKD79xxxxxxx.
∙    Serial Number: J3DY6B7C7BWR.
∙    Secure VPN: Simply WILL NOT connect to Internet!
∙    Tried: Endless use of DIY fixes on Norton.com. Endless chats with Norton Team (92823 90090) & Tech (Sylton (?) [82591798] on December 26, 2023 (12:?? pm). All Norton DIY tips plus chat with Customer Service of absolutely NO help!
∙    Cannot recommend Norton™ 360 Deluxe because VPN is non-functioning!
