Secure VPN Split Tunneling

Issue abstract: VPN Split Tunnelling not working after recent Norton update

Detailed description: After the recent update to Norton 360, the Split Tunnelling feature has stopped working. Although I have apps identified that should be excluded from the VPN, Norton doesn’t separate the traffic for those apps.
