Yesterday morning I was able to launch Secure VPN from the My Norton's screen, I went out came back in the afternoon logged in tried to launch nothing happened no error message nothing. Selecting from the drop down list VPN Regions are blank, VPN Settings are greyed out. I followed troubleshooting using the process outline under the Remove and Reinstall Tool, no change. I also disabled the Fast Start up as suggested, no effect. I have run live update a number of times, all well there/
I have Norton 360 installed on my Laptop, VPN still works there, as far as I am aware there were no Windows updates on my PC yesterday that could have affected it or changes to the network, everything connects fine.
