Hello, I was on my Visa card website and all of a sudden I lost my connection. I was able to regain control by resetting. I have a neighbor who constantly tries to steal peoples personal information. Guess we have to be really diligent with safety when on these sites. I wanted to share this information on the Norton site. Hopefully good old Norton came through in protecting me. Just because you see that padlock does not mean you are completely safe. Paul
