I receive a security at risk message. When I click fix now it does nothing. My product is Norton Security 7.4

En passant, serait-il possible de me transférer dans le forum anglais. Ayant travaillé toute ma vie en englais avec les ordi, je suis plus familier avec les termes anglais. (J'ai eu a chercher la signification de "mode sans échec". MB_07
Have you tried restarting the computer? Sometimes that is required to complete any security risk removal.
To get to version 7, you may need to log into your Norton Account at https://manage.norton.com
Click on My Norton at the top right, then click on My Services. Then click the Download button and follow the directions to install your Norton product. Hopefully that will get you to version 7.x.x. Then run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available.
