I was working yesterday and my windows mobile was unable to synch. I contacted support at Crossmark and they dropped my firewall. After all was said and done I noticed there had been some subtle changes. At least that's the only changes I noticed. Also when I go to advanced my antivirus where it is supposed to be green and on is greyed out. One was to a game I play they hacked the hack shield pro. I have contact issues with Microsoft using their help. My email seems to be restricted on replies or what is going out of my Hotmail account. My identity safe will not load for the third time. Will have to seek support for this again. My home phone seems to be restricted as to whom I contact I get in touch with Telus support that don't seem to know what they are doing. They have lack of information about my account and services. Any ideas?
