Security Certificate Error

Why is there a security certificate error on the website https://onlinefamily.norton.com/familysafety/activityPage.fs. This is preventing Safety Minder from workinf on my childs pc

Please post a screen shot of the error in the thread, so we can check into this.

 

Is it you first time using Norton Online Family?  If not, did you see the error before?

 

What version of Norton Safety Minder do you have on the PC?

 

What browser and version do you use?
