I loaded up Norton Security Suite 2 weeks ago. At the same time a temp file appeared in my windows temp folder called JETC023.tmp file and sometimes its name changes to JETABB023.tmp. I cannot find any information anywhere on about this file.Unable to remove it. Tried Shredder, safe mode it will not appear and unable to delete it or find process it uses. Any help would be appreciated.
