When I switch on my computer Norton says everything is seccure. But as soon as I go onto the internet a message comes up. Anitivirus as beeb turned off. I am not turning it off and when I go into settings all the security as been turned off. I can't turn them back on. I have run live update and that didn't work. So uninstalled and reinstalled. It showed ok , then soon as I go on internet it does it again. I also get big red box with error message 3035.6. that also doesn't seem to be able to be fixed. Please can someone help I dont't know much about computers and definately don't understand the jargon. I have Norton Internet security System Builder edition. I have windows XP on my computer.
