I have three machines, Norton is installed on one machine and a different security suite is installed on the remaining two. I'm puzzled, why are volunteers in charge of fixing this customers machine ? This thread consists of arguments, offers of good luck, and lists of folk who may or may not be able to assist. The security installed on my other computers does not rely on volunteers, and neither should Norton.
