After the last update my startup programs wouldn't load. Also, all the programs that the antivirus was protecting (IE, Outlook, etc.) wouldn't run. I uninstalled and used the software removal tool. I reinstalled. Still couldn't run the startup programs or IS or Outlook. Then I discovered I could run them by clicking on their icon and doing a "run as..." and inputting my password.
It appears as if Norton has changed some security setting so that all the programs that it was protecting must now be run with a password! Please help.
