My computer is infected with Segurazo, Somehow it got through Norton and the NPE removal tool can't even find it. Unfortunately Norton tech support is gone probably until forever. The phone line is now shut down and I've been waiting on Live Chat for over six hours. I would appreciate any help.

Segurazo Malware comes from downloading of Segurazo Antivirus or Segurazo Realtime Protection Lite. Either through downloading some other freeware and its package downloaded. Run malwarebytes as bjm suggested, it should remove the threats for you.
