Ever since I upgraded my wife's computer to NIS 2010, SPAM blocking has not worked correctly. It selectively blocks e-mail addresses that have been designated as SPAM. Some addresses are always blocked and some are never blocked. The blocked messages are moved to the SPAM folder. Norton Support Chat was unsucessful in solving this problem. I have manually added some of the addresses to the Blocked List, and these have been ignored! Some addresses have been automatically added but in the format i = name@domain. These are ignored. The computer is running XP and Outlook Express, with all of Microsofts crictical updates. Similarly, NIS 2010 has been allowed to be automatically updated (I checked and we are running the latest version).
Any help with this problem would be appreciated.
Thanks,
